The Angelus

The Angelus is traditionally prayed three times each day,

specifically at 6AM, Noon and 6PM

This is Sister Pat's way of praying the Angelus:

Gabriel spoke God's message to you, Mary,

and you conceived of the Holy Spirit.

(Pray the Hail Mary)

You said, "Behold I am the Handmaid of the Lord,

may it be done to me as you have said."

(Pray the Hail Mary)

And the Word became Flesh

and lived among us

because you said "Yes"

(Pray the Hail Mary)

Pray for us,

Holy Mother of God,

that we may made worthy

of the promises of Christ, your Son.
